Matt Houston started xoiTech in 2008 and brings over 15 years' experience in IT with him.
He has been using computers since the Spectrum days but first worked professionally in IT for the Royal Air Force in the 90's. As you would expect from the military, he was involved in everything from laying cabling to rolling out Exchange systems, in sometimes less than ideal environments.
After the RAF he joined New Horizons Manchester (NH) as a technical trainer. During his nine years at NH his role allowed him to not only hone his training skills but also gain an in-depth knowledge of the topics he focused on. He also 'practiced what he preached' by both running the IT systems for NH and also working with their customers as a consultant.
